Holidays
- 26 days annual leave plus recognised public and statutory holidays.

Pension Scheme
- 7% salary paid by TSYS into a Group personal pension.
- Additional personal contributions - with up to 40% tax relief.
- Stop and start, increase or decrease contribution, at any time.
- Retirement age currently between 50 and 75 (if 50 before 2010, otherwise 55).
- At retirement
- Tax free lump sum, plus income for life.

Disability Cover
- Covered by Friends Provident.
- 75% of your salary (minus state benefits) paid in the event of accident or illness preventing work for a period greater than 26 weeks, through to age 65.
- Full counselling service provided by Legal & General.

Life Cover
- 4 times salary to age 65 - Provided by Legal & General.
Share Incentive Plan
- Following satisfactory completion of 6-month probation all team members are invited to join our Share Incentive Plan.
- Entitled to purchase from £10 to £125 (or 10% of salary whichever is lower) partnership shares per month.
- Receive 1 matching share from TSYS for each partnership share you buy, up to a maximum value of £62.50 per month.
Financial Services
- Provided by Bates, UK Independent Financial Advisers, paid for by TSYS.
- Thorough individual 1:1 meeting on joining TSYS, to explain the Benefit package, help complete the necessary forms and answer any questions.
- Advice on any existing benefits and any personal financial queries.
- Full individual pension report, incorporating any existing provision and how this, along with the TSYS benefits impact on pension targeting.
- Annual 1:1 meeting reviewing the whole benefits package.

Childcare Voucher Scheme
- Enables team members to receive childcare vouchers tax free, up to a maximum of £243 per month.
- Gives team members the flexibility to choose their own childcare provider to pay for Registered or Approved childcare.
- Partnered with Accor Services, the UK's number 1 provider of childcare vouchers.
- On line e-vouchers.
- Pre sacrifice salary before the reduction for childcare vouchers is used for all other purposes e.g. pension contributions, life assurance calculations and payments, and in the calculation of pay in lieu of notice, overtime or any other contractual payments.
Season Ticket Loan Scheme
- TSYS provides loans for purchase of travel ticket - usually for 3 months or a year, enabling team members to take advantage of advance purchase discounts.
- The loan is repaid through salary deductions. If the loan amount is less than £5,000 in a tax year - it is tax free.
Costco Membership
- All team members qualify for individual membership which includes a complimentary card for your spouse or partner.
Special Events
- TSYS commits an annual budget to support social events for our team members in Europe.
